As a Directorof Nursing Services at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winningteam doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, andcomfort.Director of Nursing Services ResponsibilitiesOversee nursingfunctions at the facility Perform day-to-dayadministrative tasks such as developing, maintaining, and updating policies,procedures, and objectivesAssessprogress/changes to treatment plans and outcome objectivesAssist withrecruitment and selection of nursing service personnelPromote customerservice and hospitality and respond adequately to resolve complaints orconcerns from customersEnsures all recordsare maintained and submitted in an accurate and timely mannerMake rounds toresidents, as necessary, to residents are well taken care ofEnsures there is anadequate level of medications, supplies, and equipment on the premises at alltimesOversee the QA/QIprogram by implementing revisions to current policies and procedures warrantingcompliance with Risk management issues involving complaints, grievances, andaccidentsMonitor nursing staffto ensure all procedures, guidelines, and policies are followed with allregulatory standards of careProvide direct nursingcare as necessaryDirector of Nursing Services RequirementsValid, current RN license Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices andprocedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines thatpertain to long-term careAt least one-year experience as AssistantDirector of Nursing Services Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsCOVID-19 VaccinationWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scale Generous employee referralbonusWeekly payrollMedical and dentalcoverage401kPaid time offCEU-eligible trainingprogramsOngoing leadership andprofessional development trainingDedicated and localleadership supportApply today The opportunity forjob satisfaction and growth for a Director of Nursing Services position ishere Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
