Collaborating with a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility in Brooklyn, NY that is currently seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/ADNS)

ADON/ADNS Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care.
  • Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.
  • Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
  • Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
  • Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
  • Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
  • Participating in facility surveys
  • Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families
