Position Description You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Fleet Support Team (FST), HQ Tech Data Department Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will serve as the FST HQ Tech Data Department Head overseeing all process, policies and tools, enabling the success of our enterprise wide FSTs. You will approve and/or modify multi-year and long-range organizational resources regarding training, workload execution, prioritization and capabilities development expenditures. You will lead qualified personnel, processes, facilities (i.e. tech data libraries, data repositories, etc.), and ensure requirements are translated into sound FST technical data products. You will establish support requirements through active participation in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy Planning, Programming, and Budget system (PPBS) process. You will oversee life cycle cost considerations of technical data tradeoffs for varying degrees of capability to ensure requirements are balanced with affordability.
