About the Role:

As a Client Services Specialist II within our Marketing Services Organization (MSO), you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and optimized operations. You will serve as a primary point of contact for a group of requesters, handling client-facing communication and coordinating project workflow. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing projects through each stage of the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Project Management: Coordinate project intake, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of project management processes and systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on traffic or creative project management.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, printshop, or internal creative/marketing department.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Workfront, Asana, or Wrike.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
