The Sales Analytics Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing selling and on-air data for the TV shopping business.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage Clarks and TV Shopping calendar and ensuring adequate representation of Clarks. Attend pre-show prep meetings discussing talking points for on air. Review and analyze sales results and identify opportunities for improved results. Communicate sales numbers and analysis of show segments back to Clarks Corporate Office. Review and analyze community reviews of Clarks products. Monitor social media initiatives including Facebook, Pre blog & monthly blog on upcoming Clark trends & events. Escalate trends as appropriate and common themes that present opportunities to the VP of Direct Consumer Sales. Partner with Customer Service to complete QA Spec Cards and RTV entry. Coordinate sample orders for fit tests and factory samples. Travel to Clarks office for seasonal visits regarding updates on latest trends and constructions. Always act as a brand ambassador.

What You Wil Bring With You

Previous experience in sales, communications and television. Ability to analyze sales trends and other relevant market data. Understand the footwaer market, including competitors, trends, and distribution. Must have thorough knowledge of Clark's products and relevant market trends. Understanidng of fashion and function of our products and the benefits to our customers. Full understanding of shoe constructions, leathers, and purpose. Significant analytical experience. Ability to communicate accurate product information. Proficient in Excel and vendor portals.
