Our branches are open Monday - Thursday 9a - 4 and Friday 7a- 2p

The role you’ll contribute:

The Branch Manager will ensure the efficient operation of assigned branch office including, but not limited to; deposit and account services, consumer lending, sales, service, marketing, and maintaining security and safety.

To fulfill the needs of members in all aspects of front line services. Work as a team player with employees and provide positive leadership with effective coaching and motivation techniques.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Responsible for all branch functions, including but not limited to; Front Line Teller/Member Service Representative (MSR), opening/closing of their assigned branch office(s) as well as all end-of-day balancing procedures.

Reviews branch work to maintain standards. Ensures the execution of exceptional service for all members. Responsible for daily operations and cash replenishment for Vault and ATM, and acts as ATM Custodian. Supervises Teller/MSR including staffing, scheduling, evaluations, coaching, training, and guiding staff to maximize their career potential.

To provide Credit Union information to existing and potential members by actively promoting appropriate products and services.

Research, develop, and implement aggressive Business Development programs to increase loans and deposit growth.

Serves as a designated Consumer Lending Officer and provides loan services as assigned by their supervisor. Interviews applicants. Describes the application review process and provides recommendations.

Discusses key aspects of financing such as rates, terms, and repayment amounts. Provides information on loan products, services, and insurances. Ensures that member loan requests are expeditiously processed. Disburses loans within lending policy guidelines. Acts as a signing witness or Notary on loans.

Responsible for all branch operating equipment and security cameras. Ensures branch is stocked with necessary supplies. Ensures that all account services are appropriately logged and accounted for.

Utilizes working knowledge of AdventHealth Credit Union’s data processing system and assists assist staff in balancing as well as researching out of balance situations. Remains current on all policy and procedures and understands all facets of the products and services provided by the Credit Union. Effectively communicates and educates membership for problem resolution and relationship growth. Strong working knowledge of and complies with account, deposit and consumer lending regulations.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration, management

OR

Four (4) years’ experience in cash handling, deposits, customer/member service consumer lending experience, and supervisory experience.

General knowledge of the credit union industry. Specific knowledge of AdventHealth Credit Union policies, procedures, and account, deposit, and consumer lending regulations

Ability to perform under pressure, along with dynamic interpersonal skills and communication skills that convey an eagerness to meet, work, and help both employees and member.

Counseling and leader/guidance skills. Problem identification and resolution.

Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act Compliance and other laws and regulations related to the position.

Ability to pass Credit Union bond check.
