Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with different teams will be essential in successfully completing roofing projects on time and within budget.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Project Coordination:** Coordinate all activities related to roofing projects, including material delivery, equipment setup, and crew scheduling.2. **Site Management:** Oversee day-to-day operations at roofing sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.3. **Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the roofing company, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Maintain clear and timely communication to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.4. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular inspections to ensure that roofing work meets company standards and industry regulations. Identify and address any quality issues promptly.5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and inspections. Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders as needed.6. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with project managers, roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and optimize project efficiency.7. **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify potential obstacles or risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
