Role Overview:
As an Account Technician, youll be responsible for both hands-on technical tasks and client-focused interactions. From performing installations to providing exceptional customer service, your role will be a blend of technical expertise and relationship building as you ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. Youll serve clients throughout the Montgomery/Bucks County area, handling a variety of responsibilities, including product installations, repairs, and consultations.
What We Offer:
+ Competitive Pay: Base salary starting at $50,000, plus commissions.
+ Earnings Potential: Projected first-year earnings up to $65,000.
+ Generous Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO, 7 sick days, and 6 paid holidays annually.
+ Travel Benefits: Company vehicle provided for travel to client appointments, with mileage reimbursement.
+ Comprehensive Training: Enjoy a paid 2-week training program in Dallas, TX (all expenses covered), along with ongoing professional development and hands-on learning.

+ Flexible Schedule: Choose between Monday-Friday 9-5 or Tuesday-Saturday 9-5. Some Saturday availability may be required for client appointments.
Qualifications:
+ Experience: A background in sales, customer service, installations, carpentry, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Were looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a passion for client satisfaction.
+ Drivers License: Must hold a clean and valid PA drivers license.
+ Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct in-home installations and repairs within a 45-mile service area.
+ Educate clients on the best window treatment options for their spaces, making expert recommendations.
+ Use our advanced technology for precise measurements and installations.
+ Ensure high-quality, lasting installations that exceed client expectations.
+ Oversee the entire installation process, from product delivery to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for the client.
+ Maintain accurate records and manage product tracking using CRM software.
+ Proactively follow up with clients after installations to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
+ Travel to and from client consultations in a company-provided vehicle.
