Manager, Customer Marketing

Are you a skilled and results-driven marketer with a passion for customer engagement? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Customer Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage customer insights to create impactful marketing campaigns. This position is based at our Portland office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
Utilize customer data and insights to develop customer segmentation strategies and identify opportunities for personalized marketing approaches
Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to support customer marketing efforts
Monitor and analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging to customers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing channels and tools to identify innovative ways to engage customers
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer marketing professionals to drive individual and team success
Prepare and present reports on customer marketing activities and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles
Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies and initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions
Experience with CRM systems and tools, and proficiency in customer segmentation and targeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
