Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: 2900 S Diablo Way, Tempe, AZ Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST (No weekends). Onsite training for approximately 90 days; remote work available upon demonstrating independent proficiency. Responsibilities: As a vital member of our Customer Service team, you will handle customer inquiries, addressing accounts payable concerns via phone calls, chats, and emails. Key responsibilities include: Assisting customers with inquiries and issues related to accounts payables and billing. Managing customer interactions effectively, conveying confidence while resolving issues promptly. Collaborating within a diverse team environment while also being able to work independently. Adapting seamlessly to continuous policy and procedural changes to deliver quality service consistently. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of call center experience. Proficient in computer skills, including web-based applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage phone and chat interactions while demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking. Professional, customer-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor and openness to constructive feedback. Capability to understand and communicate customer needs accurately. Clear background check and drug test. High School Diploma or GED. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Preferred: Experience with SAP software is a plus.
