**Associate, Customer Service SAT 84**

Location: 84 **Description**

**Summary:** Administers the Departments daily loss prevention, maintenance and safety operations processes and supports the Loss Prevention Manager by performing the following duties:

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following (other duties may be assigned):

* Reads and routes incoming correspondence and informs Department Manager if urgent action is required. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by Manager.

* Transcribes notes on computer, or transcribes from voice recordings and relays information to Manager.

* Composes, enters, files and distributes routine correspondence as necessary.

* Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.

* Answers and screens Manager's telephone calls, arranges conference calls and sets appointments as necessary.

* Conducts research and compiles statistical reports.

* Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

* Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials and prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

* Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

* Takes all maintenance work order calls, faxes and e-mails and coordinates repairs as necessary.

* Prepares, distributes and files monthly safety briefings and ensures information is imparted to all employees.

* Schedules periodic facility safety inspections, conducts inspections, records and processes results and ensures all discrepancies are corrected as required.

* Investigates employee and customer accidents on Company premises, records results, works to prevent similar occurrences and assists managers with related administrative and reporting requirements.

**Minimum Requirements**

* Basic math skills

* Bilingual English and Spanish required

* Good communication ability

* Well-organized and apt in problem-solving

* Attention to detail

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 18 years of age or older
