RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract new members. Utilize creativity and critical thinking skills to devise inventive approaches that resonate with our target audience. Promptly engage with inbound leads and effectively convert them into membership sales, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings and guiding prospects through the sales process to completion. Optimization: Collaborate in the creation and management of programs that streamline the sales funnel, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in converting leads into memberships. Implement robust sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to drive revenue growth. Enhancement: Establish and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in membership retention initiatives. Cultivate genuine relationships with members, actively listening to their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Analysis: Analyze sales and retention metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices. Optimize the performance of membership sales processes, continually striving to meet and exceed ambitious goals and objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define performance measurements and programs that support membership growth and retention. Team: Manage and train membership associates to maximize close rates and client experience in membership onboarding. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing members and prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing feedback promptly and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree 5 years of sales or operations experience Luxury/ hospitality experience preferred Proven track record in sales, with experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections and cultivate relationships. Analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data and deriving actionable insights to drive decision-making. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, effectively managing projects and initiatives. Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the healthcare industry. Demonstrated commitment to hard work, achieving goals, and operating with a sense of urgency to deliver results. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Capable of thinking and working autonomously, with the agility to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency. A strategic mindset that enables the identification of opportunities and the formulation of innovative solutions. Ability to find creative and effective solutions to challenges, utilizing available resources efficiently to achieve objectives. Proficiency in data visualization and tracking: Genuine interest in understanding the customer's needs and preferences to inform strategic brand initiatives. Dedication to delivering thoughtful and impactful solutions that enhance the customer experience.
