Make an impact

As a Pre-Employment Eligibility Specialist your primary focus will be to participate in a smooth onboarding process for new hires joining Bridge and ensure all tasks associated with employment eligibility and individual identification are successfully completed prior to the employees first day of work. Led by a Vice President of Talent you will collaborate with the hiring teams, Talent Team members, and HR business partners to provide an excellent and timely experience for our newly hired employees.

  • Creates pre-hire personnel folders in accordance with approved naming conventions
  • Orders background, drug, and other pre-hire verifications as required for new hires
  • Assists new hires with identity and I-9 document verifications
  • Partners with hiring team and human resources to mitigate risk and escalate potential issues during the hiring process
  • Processes screening company invoices for payment and ensures accurate billing allocations
  • Supports hiring managers and new hires through the screening and verification process
  • Partners with screening vendor to maintain a relationship and focus on ongoing improvements
  • Actively supports the team during a property-acquisition to ensure a smooth and timely process
  • Support the contractor vetting and onboarding process as needed
What you should bring
  • Proven ability to handle prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in a high-volume onboarding function position is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and background vendor systems is beneficial.
  • Problem solving and process management skill will be necessary.
