Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a caseload of 25 or more, assist members with job searching and career planning, and attend relevant meetings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in social services preferred.
  • 1+ year as an Employment Specialist or 2 years experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Satisfactory work record and completion of Copa's training program.
  • Must have or obtain an AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card within 8 weeks of hire.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and TB test clearance required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver's License, and insurance required.
