Stay abreast of the latest standard methodologies in digital marketing and apply them in the development of strategies and operating plans. Set measurable goals for digital marketing performance and diligently track return on investment. Website Management Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly. Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the website's search engine ranking. Provide strategic leadership and expertise to drive the long-term vision for digital marketing initiatives across various channels (display, search, social, native, video, email, etc.). Develop full-funnel digital marketing solutions and media strategies to drive a marketing-attributed pipeline and achieve impactful business outcomes. Inform the scope, resourcing, and approach of digital marketing projects and full-funnel media/advertising strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, web developers, and designers to manage and execute digital marketing projects effectively. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or marketing analytics. Proven track record of effectively managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across functions to bring teams together Team player who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, effective under pressure, and flexible Proven track record of developing and executing successful media and digital marketing operations and campaigns across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior leaders and retailers.
