We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Performance/Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Design, and the Website Operations teams to drive digital traffic and leads, ensuring operational efficiency while leveraging the CRM (HubSpot) for success. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Perry Homes’ digital lead generation engine through marketing automation, email marketing, and supporting campaign management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HubSpot Management:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Perry Homes’ marketing automation platform, HubSpot.
  • Create, develop, and execute annual roadmap to maintain and optimize HubSpot.
  • Manage and enhance data structure and automation to improve overall instance of health and lead nurturing.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all instances leveraging HubSpot.

E-mail Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead Perry Homes’ email marketing strategy and enhance lead nurturing tactics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and customer journey through lifecycle communications.
  • Develop and regularly report on Email Marketing KPIs.
  • Promotion & Campaign Management Support:
  • Support Sr. Director of Performance Marketing and Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to ensure timely and budget-conscious campaign launches.
  • Design processes and systems for client satisfaction and on-time campaign and promotion execution.
  • Aid the agency partner(s) to create, execute, and report on lead generation campaigns.

Operational Leadership:

  • Act as a matrixed team operations leader for various brands, content, Digital Experience, and Field Marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing (or similar) preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Email Marketing.
  • 7+ years of project and/or product management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM’s, marketing automation tools, and digital tracking/reporting tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong operational acumen in complex environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer personas (internal and external).
  • Familiarity or certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and collaboration platforms like Teams preferred.
  • Product or Project Management Certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate, home building, or listings websites preferred.
