  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Customer Service passion and attitude
  • Willing to go the extra mile for service and problem resolution
  • Able to work with people from all organizational levels and backgrounds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications
