Key Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with program participants on a daily basis
  • Educate clients on program services and eligibility requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to establish and attain program objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven customer support or client service experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle complex service inquiries via telephone
  • Accurate data entry and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Some college or a college degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
