To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complex service inquiries via telephone
- Accurate data entry and strong interpersonal skills
We prefer candidates with:
- Some college or a college degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
