Summary: The purpose of this position is to support the sales manager and sales representatives by working directly with the sales team to increase key metrics by increasing the effectiveness, as measured by close rate and revenue per lead issued (RPLI) of individual sales representatives and the team by observing, evaluating and recommending additional coaching and training focused on improving sales process skills, product, installation and industry knowledge. Team Responsibilities of the Field Sales Trainer include:Scheduled ride alongs with your sales rep at least three (3) times per week.Lead morning training sessions with underperforming sales reps as needed.Motivate team to exceed sales plan each month.Mentor each individual on your team to exceed all sales metrics to plan. Exceed 38% NCP, Exceed $5,000 RPLI, Exceed 10% ARC Business and 5% Revisit BusinessAssist Sales manager to exceed yearly sales metrics and sales plan. Sell clean business that exceeds companies' profit margin goals while enhancing overall customer experience.Problem solve with team to minimize all jobs on hold. Continuously drive Revisit program to meet and or exceed company goals. Exceed 5%Assist with cancels/saves as requested or needed. Keep cancel rate below 9%Lead new hire training as requested by Sales ManagerHelp drive ARC business above 10% of Sales Plan. Prioritize NPS/customer experience to exceed company goals. Help drive team NPS Buyer scores above 85 and NPS Not Yet Buyer Scores above 65Assist Sales Managers and Sales Team to exceed Monthly Sales Plan GoalIndividual responsibilities of Field Sales Trainer Include:Perform above minimum sales performance levels setting a positive example for sales reps.Demonstrate and work according to the company core valuesMaintain availability of 8-10 appointment times per week.RequirementsSkills and Abilities: Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results.Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills.Exhibit strong attention to detail.Assist with training WCPA Sales Reps as needed.Minimum Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in sales field.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or retail.Basic understanding of business management.Strong motivational and leadership skills.The ability to multi-task.Physical Requirements: Lift/carry up to 30 lbsSit for extended periods of time.Frequent communication by phone or e-mail with employees, customers and vendorsNeck rotation, trunk rotation, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, crawling.Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor.Noise level may be loud at times.
