About the job:

The Publisher Onboarding Specialist on the Publisher Development team will work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to help support the onboarding and maintenance of LiveIntent's publishers. The Publisher Onboarding Specialist is expected to be a power user of LiveIntent's platform, reporting platforms and use his or her skills to troubleshoot new and existing clients. This position requires collaborating with multiple departments, attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and maintenance efforts
  • Execute onboarding of net-new Publishers to the LiveIntent platform
  • Make recommendations to the account team on client enhancements
  • Monitor daily, monthly & quarterly publisher yield and goals
  • Suggest improvements to LiveIntent's platform, systems and process
  • Work with senior managers on various departmental initiatives, including reporting, client analysis, launching new products, and sales efforts
  • Work cross functionally with technical account managers, product teams and account teams in order to troubleshoot newsletter templates, ad tags, specific ads and reporting
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer facing role or internship
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Digital Media, AdTech, or Marketing Technology is plus
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized and process driven
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn and succeed

The base salary for this position begins at $60,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $75,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
