About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Integral Ad Science. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for partnering with Sales, Technical Client Services, and Solutions Engineers to successfully onboard new accounts and retain and grow sales revenue within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of IAS solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client health, including onboarding, value realization, and renewal, while spearheading further adoption of IAS services.
  • Prepare regular reporting and data analysis of client activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities alongside the Sales team within current accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration of IAS solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with all publisher product enhancements and developments and communicate these to clients in a clear and intelligent manner.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in ad tech, with a strong understanding of online advertising and marketing industry.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, with business proficiency in German a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business issues, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively advise clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp different processes and systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documents.
  • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and experience working in Salesforce, Gainsight, GAM, GCM a plus.
