About You

In addition to a 'hands-on' attitude and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment, candidates for this role must possess:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment, preferably within Manufacturing or Logistics sectors.

A professional HR qualification, degree-level education, or equivalent relevant experience.

Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and HR systems.

Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.

Ability to foster an inclusive environment where every voice is valued and heard, with the confidence to offer constructive challenges when necessary.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Capability and confidence to provide guidance and coaching to site management.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
