Job Summary: The Enrollment Specialist for Community & Partnerships will assist in increasing student enrollment by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the community and building partnerships. This position focuses on generating leads and promoting the schools to potential students and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively search for and identify potential enrollment opportunities within the community.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders.
  • Assist the marketing team in creating materials and campaigns for community outreach.
  • Track outreach activities and report findings to the marketing team.
  • Monitor and analyze community trends to identify emerging opportunities for student enrollment.
  • Attend and represent the school at various community events to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Gather and provide feedback from the community to inform and improve outreach efforts.
  • Follow up with community partners and potential students to build and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain a database of community contacts and potential enrollment leads.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (positions in this class typically require):
  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and the mission of Leona Group Schools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, odors, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and intense noises.
