We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Enrollment and Contracting Specialist to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our Patient Financial Services department, you will be responsible for leading provider enrollment processes with government and commercial payers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead provider enrollment processes with government and commercial payers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Tackle provider enrollment applications for CMS and state Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Stay ahead of payer updates, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Be the go-to contact for troubleshooting, tracking, and developing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Patient Financial Services, Operations, and Compliance to keep revenue flowing.
  • Become an expert in payer policies across multiple states.
  • Know the ins and outs of Air Medical operational structures and stay on top of ever-changing regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Provider Enrollment experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
  • Familiarity with multiple states' payer policies and forms
  • Ability to write clear, concise letters to payers
  • High school diploma/GED required (college degree or certification preferred)
