Job Details

Terros Health is seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Enrollment Specialist to join our team at our 51st Ave Healthcare Clinic in Phoenix, AZ.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and professional individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

As an Eligibility Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting consumers with gathering all pertinent information for application processing and copying, as well as initiating, tracking, and assisting consumers during and after the application process.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, and the ability to pass a TB Test.

Responsibilities:
  • Accepts consumer referrals for assistance.
  • Ascertains consumer benefit needs.
  • Interviews consumers to complete application.
  • Assists consumers with gathering all pertinent information for application processing and copying.
  • Initiates, tracks, and assists consumers during and after the application process.
  • Service delivery expectations are 62.5% of paid time.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of the completion of financial information forms and any benefit applications deemed appropriate for consumers.

Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED-1.5 Years in related experience.
  • Associates in Medical or Behavioral Health.
  • Previous AZ HEAplus experience-Required.
  • Associates/bachelor's degree in healthcare field-Preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting-Preferred.
  • Customer service experience is valued.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.
