This is a highly visible role and works closely with our Sales Directors and other key executives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-performance team, building and managing relationships with potential clients through current leads developed by alliantgroup, prospecting, networking, and building a referral pipeline.ResponsibilitiesCreate new business through organized lead qualification and prospecting to increase alliantgroup's market penetration.Understanding of a value-centric sales approach that allows you to establish highly profitable, strategic partnerships to gain new business through referral avenues. Identify and qualify prospects, create call plans and track progress in Salesforce.Conduct daily outbound sales calls (cold and warm calling), schedule and hold sales appointments, obtain needed information to generate presentations and create value centric sales pitches.Qualifications4-year degree3 years of professional B2B, consultative sales experience (Tax related industry experience not required)Good work tenure/no job hopping.Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ calls per dayExcellent presentation and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business ownersDynamic personality with the ability to build amazing relationshipsUnparalleled drive, resilience, and sense of urgencyA high performer that is driven by feedback and investment from leadership to grow personally, professionally and financiallyOpenness to travel 30-70% of the time (frequency varies depending on the time of the year and region).What else do we offer?
