You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports. You will also provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and design team members to ensure high-quality design deliverables and successful project outcomes. Job Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the design process for projects, including conceptual design, detailed design, and construction documentation, while ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable codes, regulations, and standards. 2. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, objectives, and scope, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design process. 3. Provide technical expertise and engineering support in areas such as structural design, geotechnical engineering, construction materials, and construction technology to ensure optimal design solutions. 4.
