Principle Financial Analyst (FP&A/SAP) Location

: Palm Beach County, FL (Hyr Salary

: 110-125K + 10% Bonus

Position Specific Description

: This job assists in the execution and development of business processes. With limited guidance, employees in this role are responsible for budget preparation, financial analysis/variance, and reporting. Individuals plan, schedule, communicate, and coordinate the annual budgeting process, the monthly re-forecasts, and the month-end close. Employees in this position also focus on the continuous improvement of spending, risks, and opportunities in accordance with corporate policy and business objectives.

This position requires a strong background in Finance/Accounting that will support the development of Budget/Forecasting responsibilities.

Must possess experience with the following to be considered for this position:

G&A Budget/Forecasting and analysis Supporting financial reporting and related processes with a focus on project and financial data Continuous process improvements, including enhancements to accounting, forecasting, and reporting processes Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and financial reporting analysis and variance experience A strong background in SAP PowerBi knowledge is preferred

Job Overview: Employees in this role support senior management decision-making via financial modeling, including but not limited to revenue requirements and customer bill impacts, discounted cash flow analysis, and financial statement modeling. This position identifies and conducts complex analyses of the financial impacts of issues and/or decisions facing the company and proposes strategies to maximize the financial performance of the company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Identifies, analyzes, and communicates to management the impact on the Company's financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position utilizing relevant analytical methods and/or the department's forecasting models Provides financial analysis support for various projects, calculating revenue requirements, net present value, customer bill impact, etc. Provides expertise, support, and financial training for the company departments requiring these services Performs financial analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies Makes recommendations on financing decisions and executes long and/or short-term financings Prepares PowerPoint presentations to be provided to Senior and Executive Management Acts as a mentor to lower-level employees Performs other job-related duties as assigned
