Legal Intake Specialist - Make a Difference in People's Lives

Do you have a passion for helping others and a knack for clear communication?

Legal Intake Professionals (LIP) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team in Nashville, TN As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients of our partner personal injury law firms.

What you'll do:
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and their customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Receive incoming calls, follow established scripts, and gather client information accurately and efficiently.
  • Assess the viability of potential claims through active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while building rapport with clients facing challenging situations.
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and diction.
  • Warm and professional phone presence that conveys care and concern.
  • Active listening skills to ensure thorough and accurate client information gathering.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and converse with a variety of personalities.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency with PC/Computer in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED, must be 18 years of age.

Shifts offered:
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week.
  • Split Shifts - A split shift is a work schedule where your day is divided into two or more work periods with a significant break in between, rather than one continuous block of work hours. This break is usually longer than a regular lunch break, at least a couple of hours.
  • Morning shift scheduled between 7am-12pm, afternoon shift scheduled between 3pm-10pm
  • Must be available to work one Saturday or Sunday per week.
  • Holiday work in general is required
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance are essential.
