We are searching for a Wealth Advisor/Portfolio Manager in Chicago to provide exceptional client service, manage investments, and drive business growth for ultra-high-net-worth clients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver outstanding client service with high integrity and ethical standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including preparing clients for advisor transitions. Engage and educate next-generation beneficiaries on family wealth stewardship. Monitor portfolios to ensure client strategies remain relevant and effective. Collaborate with the financial planning team to provide comprehensive solutions. Proactively communicate with clients to build a strong, professional rapport to understand and anticipate their needs, goals, and financial objectives. Develop relationships with the client's other professional advisors (i.e. accountants, lawyers, etc.) Implement and manage investment strategies that align with clients’ objectives. Participate in the firm’s investment strategy process. Expand referral networks by leveraging local centers of influence, collaborating with colleagues, and establishing a professional presence as the face of the firm. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. CFA strongly preferred; CFP, advanced industry-related degree, or equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 8-10+ years of client-facing experience, preferably within an RIA/wealth management firm and with high-net-worth clients. Broad-based knowledge of wealth management and investment strategy, with strong investment knowledge and experience with individual securities and funds. Efficient work ethic, commitment to growth, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and competent decision-maker with strong attention to detail.
