Logistics Coordinators

  • Manage the storage and transportation processes of the Company's inventory and goods.
  • Store and take inventory of the raw materials needed for a product.
  • Once the product is ready for distribution, perform a quality check.
  • Review the purchase orders and will prepare the paperwork for delivery.
  • Review and monitor the shipment's delivery timeline to ensure it reaches the customer the customer quickly and safely.
  • If there are any shipment or inventory issues, the Logistics Coordinators are responsible for addressing and resolving them.
  • Schedule appointments with truck lines for shipping and receiving.
  • Create the Bill of Lading for Shipping
  • Check the Bill of lading for Receiving.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills
  • Keep organization and time management skills.
  • Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes. AS400, WMS, or other inventory management systems
  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
