Xoriant Corporation, 1248 Reamwood Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 and various unanticipated locations in U.S. Job Duties: Manage program and project portfolio for the functional area part of the scope of the engagements/assignment, including working with client business teams to understand project needs, balancing resource needs and project prioritization. Host and conduct program/project progress to key stakeholders including executive staff on periodic basis through monthly review meetings (MBR) and quarterly business review (QBR) meetings. Act as an escalation point to drive collaboration with project team members to resolve conflicts, project issues, and deviations and drives them to resolution. Supervise the program budget(s) through contract renewals, amendments, and monthly invoicing, as well as procurement and contract negotiations. Meet and exceed revenue targets by generating business from new and existing engagements. Responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with VP, Managing Directors and senior level decision makers, and other key buyers within the assigned account to build Xoriant business. Effectively position and present the benefits of Xoriant’s solutions and specifically on how Xoriant’s accelerators and frameworks will support the customer’s technical and functional requirements in product development and technical services domains. Job Requirements: Require Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require five (5) years of experience as Consultant, Senior Project Lead, Project Manager, Project Administrator, Software Consultant or related. Must have at least one year of experience using Business Service Management (BSM), data center transformation, NetOps. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
