Responsibilities:

  • Management and servicing of a portfolio of public and private asset backed securities, including regular inventory analysis and reporting
  • Identification of changes in the portfolio over time, including but not limited to from a macro risk and a rating agency basis
  • Summarizing new investment opportunities, market research, regulatory changes into digestible format
  • Development of presentations and reporting for internal and external use
Required Qualifications:

The Company seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, and have demonstratable skills and experience. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in asset-based finance or structured credit with an asset management firm, private equity firm, lender, owner/operator, servicer, rating agency, investment bank, or broker is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
  • Highly skilled in clear and effective communications with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Motivated to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working with competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates curiosity, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Advanced skills in Excel/PowerPoint; coding ability is a plus
