Role Overview: As the Managing Director of Asset Management, you will be integral to a high-performing team responsible for overseeing commercial real estate assets and investments. Your role will involve managing the asset management team, working with underwriting teams, leading and executing business plans, performance reviews, strategic initiatives, and delivering results. This position provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization to meet financial targets.
  • Oversee and guide asset management, underwriting, and operational teams.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies for diverse commercial real estate assets.
  • Monitor financial performance, market trends, and competitive landscape; prepare and present reports.
  • Provide guidance on portfolio management, including insurance and repositioning strategies.
  • Mentor and develop the asset management team, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, real estate, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in commercial real estate debt and Private Equity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
