This position specifically assists with our upcoming work in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Responsibilities: Manage projects to ensure that project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and fulfills customer expectations Maintain project profitability Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and seek opportunities to add new clients Seek out additional project work with both existing and new clients Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Bergmann Help plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters Degree preferred Licensed PE or ability to become licensed in 12 months 10-15+ years' experience designing or managing projects Strong communication and business development skills Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients This position requires some overnight travel The following would be beneficial but is not required: Experience with Flood Risk Management, Ecosystem and Coastal Restoration, Dam Safety, Waterway or similar projects Experience with USACE and/or SFWMD projects Familiarity with construction engineering services and alternative delivery procurement methods Project experience in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands
