Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and licensing of Early Learning Center;
  • Facilitate the development, implementation and/or coordination of activities designed to meet compliance with all relevant regulations and that enhance the Early Learning Program effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Assure effective delivery of services through consistent ongoing monitoring, reporting, and action to correct any identified problems; and manage and monitor expenses within the sites operational budget requirements, including payroll expenses.
  • Integrate a DE&I lens in all activities, encourage colleagues to engage in DE&I work, and contribute to our mission of building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization for our employees, clients, and partners; requires ongoing investment in a personal and professional journey to understand identity and address unconscious bias, power, and privilege.

Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an early education setting required.
  • Strong proven leadership and decision making abilities.
  • Excellent Customer Service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection systems.
  • Excellent crisis management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • EEC Licensed Director I and II
  • Ability to work effectively with and meet the needs of people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including underserved communities and people from the different racial groups, socioeconomic statuses, nationalities, and languages that make up CTI's clientele
