Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential clients.
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with prospective businesses to present Ross Recruiting's services.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments to showcase our recruitment solutions.
Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with clients to negotiate and finalize agreements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to thrive in a commission-based, results-oriented environment.
