Identify, address and communicate technical, operational and business risks relevant to the selected project approach and technology to the Project Manager and Project Engineer Author RFQs and assist in procurement and selection of technical and specialty subcontractors, consultants and service providers to accomplish scope of work Report to the field to perform hands-on and/or inspect fieldwork to ensure compliance with approved designs and plans Review work of personnel, subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved plans and acceptable tolerances.
