Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Engineer with a focus on PFAS assessment and remediation. The successful candidate will be part of our Industrial, Commercial, and Energy Services team, dedicated to delivering effective and safe solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects across different sectors, including solvent, petroleum, and PFAS remediation.
- Utilize advanced technologies such as carbon filtration, zero valent iron, ion exchange resin, in-situ chemical oxidation, and bioremediation.
- Engage in wastewater treatment projects, specifically focusing on PFAS characterization and treatment for both private and governmental clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field.
- Coursework and laboratory experience related to PFAS.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification, having passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of safe work practices, particularly in PFAS-related projects.
- Strong initiative and motivation to meet project deadlines.
- Dependable team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in environmental engineering or a similar discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Academic or professional experience in PFAS treatment.
