DescriptionCallaway Industrial is hiring a Sales/Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for a Sales/Project Manager who will be responsible for selling industrial products to various industries. This position is based out of our Raleigh, NC office.Callaway Industrial Services is a full facilities maintenance contracting company serving the Carolinas leading industries since 1975. Specializing in industrial and commercial cleaning, industrial and commercial painting, and commercial epoxy floor systems. Responsibilities: Develop new customers, identify, and pursue valuable leads. Service current client base, responding to needs and requirements; provide technical advice. Maintain records of projects to properly manage job sites, generate reports as needed. Bid on jobs and assist with material take-offs. Provide exceptional customer service. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements: At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial maintenance or construction fields or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
