Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking an Airport Rental Agent to work the overnight shift for our Salt Lake City International Airport.

As an Airport Night Rental Agent, you will be working our overnight shifts and will be our main rental agent focused on interacting with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•open, close, extend car rental contracts

•greet customers and answer guests' questions regarding car descriptions, location, reservation confirmations

•promote upgrades; advising customers on other enhancement protection products services

•maintain and follow standards and procedures

•assist with other administrative and clerical duties as needed

•answer phones and confirm customer reservations

•complete vehicle inspections

•provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

Requirements

•must be legally authorized to work in the United States

•must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

•qualified candidates must be flexible to working nights and weekends

•hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen

•strong verbal and written communication skills

•high school diploma or G.E.D

•minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience

Salary Description

$16-$18/hr. + incentives
