As an Airport Night Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing our overnight shifts, serving as the primary rental agent while engaging with customers, management, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Initiate, finalize, and modify car rental agreements


• Welcome customers and address inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, location, and reservation confirmations


• Promote vehicle upgrades and inform customers about additional protection products and services


• Adhere to and uphold company standards and procedures


• Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks as required


• Manage phone inquiries and confirm customer bookings


• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections


• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions

Qualifications:


• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States


• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years


• Candidates must be willing to work nights and weekends


• Employment is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check and drug screening


• Strong verbal and written communication abilities


• High school diploma or G.E.D. required


• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales
