Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process enrollment requests into the CRM system, following up to obtain any missing information.
- Provide customer phone support for enrollment questions and issues.
- Support investigation and resolution of duplicate records.
- Monitor enrollment process, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Maintain all project documentation including all service protocols, records and reports according to the scope of work and SOPs.
- Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.
- Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.
- Passion for working with patients.
- t least two years of Data Entry experience working in a Patient Outreach or comparable Contact Center in the HealthCare industry.
- Must be computer proficient: Including MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with electronic health records preferred.

- Possess excellent virtual interaction and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Exhibit Strong Customer Focus and Sensitivity for interacting with Patients and Health Care Professionals.
