Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYSupport Product Managers and Sales in their daily efforts to grow their product line sales and margins. This position is established to handle many of the immediate, necessary functions/tasks for the Product Managers to fully execute servicing the branches. This position will be servicing your internal customers which includes sales managers, inside/outside sales, and product managers.*This is position will operate on a hybrid schedule in any of the locations listed*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.* Standard Price and Delivery requests from sales and product.* Supplier contract loading, maintenance, renewals and updating.* Cross reference requests from sales/PMs.* Sample Requests.* Part loading on system.* Literature requests.* Supplier prints, specification requests.* Distributor stock checks/part searches* Become trained to use Quote Accelerator quoting function.* Opportunity tracker administration.* Product Manager backup while they are out.
