The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the workforce planning initiatives including management of the complete lifecycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment, hiring practices, affirmative action compliance and diversity for the company. The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide administrative support to HR with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Talent Acquisition Associate will have a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Publicize openings by posting them in appropriate outlets and work toward developing a pool of qualified individuals. Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person). Make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers. Communicate important employment information during delivery of contingent employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.) Complete pre-employment screening requirements including but not limited to reference, background checks and client requirements. Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status. Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance. Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy. Complete daily &\or weekly report on staffing goals, recruiting efforts and retention. May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating.
