Job Summary:


We're seeking a proactive Inside Sales Associate to drive our customer service and inside sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and rapid response times. In this role, you'll be instrumental in surpassing our weekly and monthly sales targets by forging connections with both new and existing clients. This role will also be responsible for site supervision, providing direction to warehouse employees, meeting with customers, and serving as a liaison to management. This role offers tremendous opportunity for advancement with the ability to grow into regional sales role and other positions with our sister companies. Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of EMI Supplys product portfolio to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Foster and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty to our brand.
  • Periodically attend trade shows or visit customer locations to further understand client needs.
  • Support team members by assisting in resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and success.
Additional Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between the site and our sister companies
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of activities between departments
  • Monitor site operations and report any issues or concerns to relevant managers
  • Assist in the implementation of site policies and procedures
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the site
Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Showcase excellent time management capabilities, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, fostering teamwork and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or relevant software applications.
