  • Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless and engaging applicant experience.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while adhering to recruitment policies and procedures.

  • Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure its functionalities are up to date.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources within a multinational or multicultural setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and resilient approach to work, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
