Position Overview:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruiting strategies and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collect and maintain interview feedback and scorecards.
  • Oversee background checks and drug screening processes.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual recruitment budget.

Qualifications:

Education:
