Position Overview:
The Human Resources Recruiter will play a pivotal role in the HR department at Glenmark's manufacturing facility in Monroe, North Carolina. - Employ diverse sourcing methodologies to attract specialized talent.
- Evaluate candidates against job profiles, conduct pre-screening interviews, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Build positive relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless and engaging applicant experience.
- Close positions efficiently while adhering to recruitment policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruiting strategies and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect and maintain interview feedback and scorecards.
- Oversee background checks and drug screening processes.
- Contribute to the development of the annual recruitment budget.
- Manage the employee referral program effectively.
- Assist with documentation for internships, apprenticeships, and immigration processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with staffing agencies.
- Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain job postings on various platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews and career fairs.
- Assist with new hire and employee feedback surveys.
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of HR experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is essential.
- Familiarity with HR best practices in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Learning and Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English with strong organizational skills and cultural sensitivity.
