POSITION OVERVIEW The Sr. People Operations Specialist is self-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering talent that elevates the business. We need big thinkers who are ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in. The Sr. People Operations Specialist is someone that is passionate about the candidate experience and has contagious excitement when engaging candidates. They are curious, with a desire to learn and grow and are excited about supporting our business leaders through hiring and onboarding. In addition, to driving recruitment traffic/activity and providing talent solutions, they are also responsible for assisting with, employee questions, benefits, performance and employee relations. Responsibilities/Accountabilities Recruitment & Candidate Experience– 70% Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels, creatively source active and passive candidates by optimizing recruitment tools, employee referrals, and other networking tools Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the organization, from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs for teams across the business. Research and implement new sourcing avenues which support targeted needs of the organization Develop and leverage strong partnerships with customer groups to manage staffing needs Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback at every stage. Coordinate interview schedules and other logistics Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Manage the completion of necessary onboarding paperwork and documentation. Play an active role in Talent Acquisition process improvement as needed by the business. People Operations Generalist – 15% Assist with various People Operations functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee needs and resolve issues in a timely manner. Act as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Other Duties – 15% Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and within Paylocity database. Assist with reporting needs for the People Operations team Additional administrative duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills that you possess: Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including creative ways to source talent Sound judgement and problem-solving skills Internal and external customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills Excellent business writing and oral communications skills Strong active listening skills Detail/accuracy focus coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. Experience working in a complex, and fast-paced environment Ability to work cross-functionally Requirements:

What you will bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 5+ years in recruitment and HR operations, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Intermediate Excel Skills Sponsorship is not available for this role.
