The Medicaid Coordinator will be responsible to complete, and track all Medicaid applications, and verifications for new residents as well as re-certifications.. Additionally, the Coordinator will be a liaison between the Nursing Home, patients, families and Medicaid vendors. The successful candidate will have experience within Skilled Nursing Homes, and be familiar with latest guidelines and regulations regarding Medicaid eligibility and documentation and have a track record of streamlining application processes to meet department and company goals.The Nursing Home is part of a very stable organization and the staff is friendly and cooperative.
